No limit at all means 10mb.. create a limit for both and you should be good.

Under the SMTP Virtual server setting, the limits are not checked at all, so I assume there are no limits or the limits are set by the registry. Under the Global Settings, the only setting set is the # of recipients. Others are set to "No Limits".
