Why do you think your server is being abused? If it was then you can tell - the queues would be full of messages to invalid senders. Spammers's lists are not clean. If you are sending email via your ISPs SMTP server then the queues will be clear, but then it wouldn't be your server that is blacklisted.
If you only have one IP address and you haven't restricted the use of port 25 for outbound traffic then one of your workstations is probably compromised.
