Cool, was just missing one thing so that's done. Now the next
question...

Background info:

I have a couple of dozen demo machines that will be used for
demos/pilots/whatever. These machines have been successfully setup as
resources and booking is taking place as needed from everyone's OWN
calendar. The line of business that wants to use these machines would
like to do this from their line of business public folder calendar.
However, when the main person that is going to do the booking tries to
schedule a "meeting" from that public folder calendar, the Invite
Attendees button is grayed out. Is it possible to 1) initiate a meeting
request from a public folder calendar or 2) have all the "meetings" from
the individual calendars replicate to the public folder calendar? On
#2, I know I can do this via third party (Add2Exchange) so #1 is my
desired solution. Lastly, what about another solution than Exchange?
Sharepoint?

Thanks to all,

Subject: meeting resource question

E2K3-SP2 OL2K3/7,

When scheduling a meeting can a resource send the organizer an email
saying the event has been successful booked or declined? Booking is
working as designed, however, users <sigh> want an email from the
resource stating same. Is this doable using direct booking?

Thanks,
