She NEVER gets them in Outlook, or it arrives a few seconds to minute later? My BB gets email before my Outlook (cached mode) all the time. Same for my users. But it does show up.
Are you using BES? If the email never shows up, what is probably happening is you are downloading the email to the Blackberry by POP and it is pulling the email out of the inbox. You need to setup BES or use BIS for the email connectivity on the BB.
