Maternity leave employees?I leave it up to their supervisor. I really could
care less if their mailbox gets full, it up to them to tell me what they want
to do, otherwise if its gets full, oh well. I have one lady out at the moment
and they choose to just disable the account until she comes back. You could
always increase the size of their mailbox to account for the mail coming in
during those months and have them clean it up when they get back.

What do you do for employees when they take maternity leave?

Do you leave their email active and forward a copy to their
supervisor/manager?

I am thinking that if I allow email to flow to the employee's mailbox it
could quickly reach the mailbox limit.

Just looking for what others are doing.
