I have a client who has asked for the following They have moved a PC in to a 'meeting' room where they want to have a generic log in so that any member of staff can log in to it That log in should ONLY be able to make entries in to a calendar or calendars in Public folders to make bookings for other meeting rooms Is there a way to set Outlook 2000, or another mechanism, so that it does not access any mailbox and only this (or these) calendars in the public folders for this one particular user Environment Server: MS Exchange 2003 Client: MS Windows 2000 Pro SP4+ MS Outlook 2000 IE 6 Cheers Laurence IMPORTANT INFORMATION Internet communications are not secure and therefore CIPS does not accept legal responsibility for the contents of any e-mail message sent via this medium.
