OK, I am glad someone is around. I just changed the FSMO roles to a win2k3 R2 Sp2 DC. Domain Functional Level is Windows 2000 Native DNS is an issue. I tried to DCPROMO the win2k server and it errors out saying it can not find a DC with the account on it. This AD has never had an Exchange server on it

Missed any /forestprep or /domainprep type things?
