Sorry to post under the wrong subject....

Just to clarify the versions:

Mid migration Exchange 2000 > Exchange 2003 users mailbox on the 2000
box.

Outlook 2003 sp2

Thanks again

I have seen that behavior before at my previous agency. They had so
many problems that it was made a part of the set up procedure to disable
cached mode. I have no idea why it behaves that way. Oh, and all
these machines were fully service packed......

Hi all,

I have a user who has a weird issue regarding what's actually in his
mailbox. This user

likes to take his laptop home and then work over VPN. He has his Outlook
client set

to cached mode and it was sync'd whilst within the office.

However, recently he has noticed some main has gone missing from within
his inbox....and

It now only shows mail up to three weeks ago. When I take him off cached
mode all mail is

there.

I have recreated his profile and ost and I still can't get his ost to
reflect his actual inbox?

Anyone seen this behavior before?

David
