This user likes to take his laptop home and then work over VPN. He has his Outlook client set to cached mode and it was sync'd whilst within the office. However, recently he has noticed some main has gone missing from within his inbox....and It now only shows mail up to three weeks ago. When I take him off cached mode all mail is there. I have recreated his profile and ost and I still can't get his ost to reflect his actual inbox? Anyone seen this behavior before?
