That counter is known to be imprecise. I wouldn't put any faith in it.
The 1221 daily event log entry is more relevant (when compared to the total size of the physical store and the total size of mailboxes when added together). Regards, Michael B. You could get an average of an SIS ratio across the stores of your server and then divide that by your report result. So, if your SIS ratio averages out to 1.5 and your result is 215,740mb, the result is 215,740 - 143,826mb = 71,913mb removed. Now, that will only convert to whitespace and won't actually reduce your store size until you do an offline defrag.
