Would they all be using the same provider? I've seen the provider cause this 
issue as well.

Yesterday I started receiving 3033 errors from "Server ActiveSync".
This points to kb905013 but nothing has changed on my PIX for ages.

Not all users are affected either.

Anyone seen this?
