History - we demoted a DC last week and put a new one in it's place. Since
about that time, our edgesync will not complete. All components sync except
for RecipientStatus. I've raised the eventloglevels to High, but don't get
much for detail.

MSExchange ADTopology looks good, listing all current DCs. The
configuration domain controller has been updated. Mail flow is not
affected.
Does anyone know how to get more details or where I can dig in?
