Many have this not a new item. I tell my users to send to themselves and not directly to a customer from the copier because that person will most always send a reply and the copier is not a real user. Is there a way to have the return email from the copier find the user. This will help with another issue I have a program that notifies people or customers of automated updates. The customer is going to respond to that email how can do people handle these situation.
