This issue has been resolved.

I'd love to post some great knowledge here that everyone could archive in their
heads. Unfortunately, I can't. The solution was as simple as turning off e-mail
synching on the phone, then turning it back on. Voila-the messages suddenly
started coming in.

Whatever.

Subject: Mobile ActiveSynch Question

I've got a WM 6.1 phone that I periodically use to synch e-mail with
Exchange 2007. I don't keep e-mail synching turned on all the time--just
if I'm going to be out of the office for a while without access to my
laptop or a computer. I keep calendar synching turned on all the time,
though.

So this morning, I turn on e-mail synching before hitting the road. An
hour later, the phone still says I have no mail. I know that's not
accurate, because I can log into OWA and see new messages waiting.

ActiveSynch says everything is fine with synchronization. It says it's
connected to Exchange. No errors or anything. Just no e-mail.

Am I missing something really obvious here?
