I played with MessageLock before moving to Outlook 2007. They now
support Outlook 2007. It worked quite well, was affordable, and easy to
use.

Subject: Cheap and Easy email encryption

I have been asked to set up some of our user's email so that messages
they send out can be encrypted. Most of the messages they want to
encrypt are one or two messages to a recipient and that's it, and there
could be many different recipients who are not all that tech savvy. So
exchanging certificates wouldn't really be an ideal solution.

Anyone have some suggestions on what approaches I can investigate? My
main requirements are easy to use, especially for the recipient, and
little or no cost (we are a charity organization going through budget
cuts).

Thanks for any ideas,

Ralph Smith
