Same here multiple mailbox, ht, and cas all virtualised with ESX servers in different sites. Works a treat, as long as you do your planning with sizes and mailbox size particularly when dealing with large volumes of mailboxes. We are comparatively small exchange org as far as database sizes and mailbox numbers compared to those who have trillions of users! :p
