My bet is you are looking for a user that is mail enabled that never got an email and never opened their mailbox. Perhaps a service account that got Exchange Attributes by accident. Even though there is no mailbox for that user Exchange thinks there is.
Open ADUC that has the Exchange 2003 management tools installed. Customize the view in ADUC to add the 'Exchange Mailbox Store'. Scroll through till you see the one that is listed in that store, right click the account and remove Exchange Attributes. I am running the following command: csvde -r "(objectclass=user)" -l dn,msExchHomeServerName -f c:\webster.txt There are only 2 items in the TXT file with the 03 server name: systemmailbox and the server object. Of course, Exch 03 will not uninstall cuz it insists there is a user mailbox on the 03 server. How do I find this mysterious user mailbox?
