In Exchange System Manager, go to Recipients, then to Recipient Policies. Double-click the recipient policy that is applied to your domain (probably Default Policy), and then go to E-Mail Addresses (Policy). Click New..., and add it as [EMAIL PROTECTED] Make sure you click Set as Primary after you're done, and click OK.
