Well, the one thing is we host our own BB servers in house.  So we would be in 
charge of design/install/support type of thing.

All-

Since Blackberry makes it imposible to talk to a design engineer about how to 
develop an Enterprise class BB infrastructure.. Can anyone point me in 
the right direction with this?

All other vendors will help you design it out.. as long as you buy the 
software  and possibly professional services from them.. I don't need the 
professional services, I just need to bounce some ideas off some people and 
also make sure that BB can do what I want it to do.
