Dear List, Hello to everyone. This is my first post to this list. I have a user who is using Outlook 2007 (non cached mode) connecting to Exchange 2007 server. Last weekend I moved her mailbox from Exchange 2000 to 2007, since then the unread message count in various folders (Under her inbox) is not being refreshed. This user has defined rules which moves the mails to their respective folders.
Can someone have any pointers to fix this issue? It is something to do with the views but am just not able to fix it.
