My ISP is claiming certain responses from my mail server and I would like to verify it. I tried telneting in from home but my home ISP blocks traffic on port 25. I can't test from inside my firewall because my firewall provides SMTP proxy which is probably the culprit. But my question is, without trying out all of my friend's ISPs until one lets me through, is there a service I can use to open a SMTP session from my desk and have it run commands and show me a session log? Legitimate mail won't work because I need to send a non-compliant mail that will bounce to verify the error. Some sort of proxy terminal on the web somewhere would work just fine.
