Yeah BPS has been poorly supported, and with the new release of BES coming out, no one really knows what the new offering is going to look like/price point etc. Maybe there is some new info out there, but I called RIM about 2 weeks ago and there was nothing from them yet.
Its pretty lame since BES has had HTML email since early last year.
