Hellos to all.

We have been presented with an issue at a client that we are currently stumped
at. They had an old MS Exchange server and about 6 months ago implemented a
new server and MS Exchange was migrated over. The original server was removed
from domain and such, and brought offline cleanly. All has been working
correctly since the completion.

Recently this week, the client added 3 new users to AD but their e-Mailbox was
never created. Here is some tech information and process performed.

Logging is set for

MSExchangeSA - Proxy Generation

               Mailbox Management

MSExchangeLA - LDAP Operations

               Service Control

               Attribute Mapping

               Account Management

Address List Synchronization Recipient Update Services (local
and enterprise) are configured for the only domain/domain controller and
exchange box.

Under event viewer multiple 8011 followed by 8012 are visible as it queries
AD... "delete = true" and "returned 1 or 2 objects"

Under recipients Update Services have attempted to "Rebuild" and "update now"

Restarted the Microsoft Exchange System Attendant

Still no mailbox created for newly created user.

Any thoughts out there?
