Which is why I occasionally run outlook with the /selfloathing switch.

It doesn't appear to matter whether it's on the same server or on another site. Eventually suggestions time out and the free busy bar goes to the hashed grey line of no data available. Anyone got any ideas? I've tried with both cached mode on and off with no luck. It's Exchange Server 2007 SP1 and the user is using Outlook 2007 SP2. Regards Peter Johnson
