I see the myth that you have to pay for Experts Exchange access is still live and kicking.

The fix on that question is this - but I haven't verified it. In outlook 2007 go to Tools> Send/receive> Download Address Book. Remove the check from "Download changes since last Send/Receive". On "information to download" select Full Details. On "Choose address book:" choose \Global Address list.
