We have a user that sent out a calendar appointment for the entire company (about 1,000 people). She then later needed to send out an update and add a few people, so she expanded the distribution lists and added several names. Exchange/Outlook then sent out a cancellation to the original 1,000 users, followed by a new invite for 1,005 people.
Has anybody else ran into this? It seems like Exchange/Outlook should just update the appointment without first cancelling it??? Exchange 2007 SP1 Outlook 2007 SP2 Thanks. Rob
