No other antivirus software rejecting encrypted attachments ?

Rollup 5 (currently on Rollup 9) which was supposed to address the issue has been installed, yet users still receive the NDR listed below; (Most of the NDR has been stripped because the listmgr was rejecting the message) 550 5-7-1 Msg rejected due to unacceptable attachments Content Type: multipart_mixed MIME Version: 1.0 Any ideas would be much appreciated.
