A user has requested a way to protect emails in Outlook 2007 from deletion.
Example: Important email in inbox. User accidentally selects the email and Shift-Delete. Now email is not in Deleted items and requires IT assistance for recover. Yes I know about the registry hack to allow recovery from folders other than deleted items; but am looking for a way to "flag" a message that would not allow deletion in the first place. Thanks, BF
