How allow users to open shared subfolders in another users inbox

Hi all, I have been requested to allow 2 or 3 people to have access to each 
others shared inboxes, but my problem is, they all have subfolders that are 
below their inbox. When I open another users folder, it comes up in the main 
pane, and not in the tree on the right, so I can't see subfolders. Also, I need 
these to stay in their Outlook when they log in, so they don't have to keep 
connecting to each other.
Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
