Exchange 2003 with several mail-enabled public folder calendars to provide centralize functional area schedules. Each calendar has a 50 MG size limit. I would like to see if I can find a solution to clean these automatically. Some calendars are at the size limit because they contain 2-3 years worth of history. I don't need to keep more than 180 days worth of history on these calendars and Exchange Recipient Policies don't seem to work on public folder calendars. Does anyone have a suggestion of how to do this? Thanks Adi
