I know this probably isn't the correct place to ask this question, so if anyone can direct me to either a resource for this issue or the correct place to ask I would appreciate it. The owner of our company is having an issue with the nickname file for Outlook. About every 2-3 months the file appears to go missing and he has to start over. Last time this happened I double checked the file. It was still there. There was still data in it and the file didn't appear to be corrupt. I looked at the timing but couldn't see anything that happens on his machine every 2-3 months only. He is the only one that has this issue. We're running SBS2k3 with Exchange included, fully patched. The workstations are running XP and Outlook 2k3, fully patched. Any guidance would be appreciated. BJ When the whole world is against you paranoia is just good sense - Johnny Fever
