Ok so after finding out i can use my ssl cert from my 2003  on my 2010 i put it 
on,

 

now when i open outlook I get a security pop-up  stating that the cert does not 
match the server name, could this be related? maybe?  i know i'm reaching now

In that case, I don’t have any idea. I was considering no NTLM on the Rpc vdir 
with OA; but if you aren’t using OA, then that can’t be it.

 direct connection to CAS from inside the lan ( dont know if it makes any 
difference, its a single server deployment)
i would only use outlook anywhere for laptops and  for any user that may want

Are you using Outlook Anywhere or direct connection to the CAS?

Hi all,
 
I'm having an odd issue with outlook 2007 clients, as i've mentioned im in the 
middle of a migration from 2003 to 2010,  and what is baffling me is that the 
mailboxes that are on the 2010  when accessed byt outlook 2007  (from inside 
the domain) it always asks for username password, but if the same box is 
accessed by a 2003 cleint it does not.
 
anyone come accross this?>
