I've been asked to see if this feature can be modified to provide feedback on the receipt of an email, independent of the recipient's actions. Of course it still wouldn't prove a recipient actually read and understood the email, but if it sends a receipt once the email is opened I think they would be happy. Is there a modification within Exchange/Outlook or even third party products that would accomplish this goal? Thanks for any ideas, Robert
