I know one of those can be deleted, but I don't remember which one it is. I still use the same .reg file I have for years. I have made changes to other mailboxes and they don't seem to take effect either - where should I troubleshoot? Messages are internal user to internal user, but if I change my own mailbox limit to 10K and deny send/receive, I can still get a message even though my mailbox has 200MB of mail.
