E2K10 Outlook Client keeps prompting for Credentials

All-

Migrated a few mbx's from e2k3 to e2k10. Now when opening Outlook I  
get prompted for username and password.

Can login to owa just fine, but get prompted when firing up Outlook.  
Any suggestions?
