Wow, I finally got to look into this, that is a painful procedure to go through
to make an address book available to one user from his mobile phone but he
happens to be the executive director and wants access to all employees phone
numbers (including home #s) from his phone. Sigh.

You can do this with address list segregation on Exchange 2003 and 2007.
(There is a white paper on Microsoft.com that discusses it. Google for it.)

While it works under SOME BUT NOT ALL circumstances in Exchange 2010, it's
currently not a supported scenario.

    Subject: Online Address Book

I need to setup an address book that is available to users with phones
running WinMobile. I want the address book to only be available to certain
users using Outlook and certain users running WinMobile with ActiveSync. I dont
know how to go about this but I know there has to be a way. Any pointers?
