Here's one solution I just googled it - so no experience.  I did use something 
similar a while ago for < $10 / month basic.

As a corporation, Rightfax is what is used in house but that solution uses a 
rightfax server and card.

I thought eFax could be received via email.   Are you saying it does not send 
to email and only to fax machines?   I am loking to switch off of a fax server
