We are looking at limiting the age of messages for our users to 45 days. Users can then archive messages older than 45 days to a PST file. Unfortunately it is recommended that PST files should only be accessed locally so backing up this data is difficult since it would reside on each persons local hard drive. What other strategies have people come across? Or useful links?
