I'll second the chime-in on Vipre for Exchange. The Anti-Spoofing alone
saves us from looking at quite a bit of spam. Plus - you get A/V,
Disclaimers, RBL and SPF checking.

Why not setup your firewall to block all incoming email from alanet.org
since your mail server should be authoritative email should not be
generated from outside. If its hosted created exemptions for those
IP's. If you have a website generating email with your domain create an
exemption or an SPF record and do SPF filtering.

If your firewall doesn't do it do you have any spam software? If not
might I suggest the list hosts software, Vipre for Exchange.

Subject: Spoofed Email

Our domain name is "alanet.org", and lately we are getting hammered by
sp**m sent to alanet.org.support. It's obvious that the actual "sender
name" in the email is a staff name, and the "alanet.org.support" is the
display name. Does any one know of a filter or rule that can utilize the
display name to do the filtering?
