Well I don't see any columns with RPC, I/O I guess is Disk Read  and Writes.

Anyhow the server is behaving much better today the avr. Queue Length is now
between 70 - 100, with the add low of 20 - 30

Could the simultaneous switch to cash mode for 4 - 6 users have caused the
bad performance yesterday?
