Yep, those don't include the antispamagents. Do the install again, and ENSURE you are executing it from an elevated EMS session.

It ran quickly with no errors. I'm not seeing the anti-spam tab under server configuration\hub transport. This tab exists for my existing servers but they are SP2. Did this change in SP3, or did the agents not install?
