Oh bugger. Please ignore this message! It is quite clearly not intended for
this list.

That'll teach me not to verify the To/CC addressees :P

Subject: New SAN/UC certificates

Hi all,

We'll be needing to make a request for some SAN certificates soon, both new
requests and re-issues of the existing ones. Can you confirm:

 1. That if we get two NEW UC certificates from Entrust, for our test site
(iclondon.org.uk) we will be able to get them revoked and reissued with the
proper names? As a point in fact, can we actually get a certificate issued
bearing that domain name?
 2. Can we, at some point, reissue the UC certificates we already have in
place but with a new subject name? It is currently icex.imperial.ac.uk, but for
our Exchange 2007 servers they need to be re-issued with
legacy.icex.imperial.ac.uk (or similar).

In all cases, the certificates MUST be provided by a 3rd party CA.

Many thanks

Richard
