dont know if it was the flush or the store service.

When you know she isn’t logged on, have a look on the Exchange box and see if
it thinks she’s logged on.

This sounds similar to an issue I once had where best I can tell a client was
connected to our LAN by both cable and wirelessly and somehow Exchange got
itself in a tangle.

In the end I did an “ipconfig /flushdns” on the Exchange server and suddenly
that client worked perfectly again.

Subject: OUTLOOK failing but NOT OWA

Hi all,

GOt a real strange one here, I have user that CANNOT open outlook (any version
on any pc , terminal server included) at first I got scared thinking her box
went to crap, but then we tested OWA and it works fine.

I really dont have a clue where to start, i deleted her ost's then deleted her
profile, then created a new user profile on the workstation itself and no -go.

this is outlook 2003 2007 and 2010 tried it on xp client, and server 2003
client on Exchange 2010

always unabel to open youe email, server may be down error

TIA
