I'm designing multi-site Exchange 2010 setup and if "DR" site is in receive mode only via DAG, meaning no active MBX connections from users, do you have to license Exchange or can it just receive replicated data and the licensing swings when DR is tested or declared? Licensing would be from our SPLA for the client...
