IMHO I wouldn't recommend it.  Backups are going to eat your network
bandwidth and if you have any number of users at all you could see some
performance issues.  Plus we have had occasions where we had to reboot
our backup server because of some flaky stuff with the library.  Do you
want to take Exchange down for that?

Any thoughts on installing the Backup Exec server on the Exchange server
vs. installing on another computer with a remote agent on the Exchange
