Third time I've referred to that post today... Regards, Michael B. Smith Consultant and Exchange MVP http://TheEssentialExchange.com From: Eric [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, October 13, 2010 3:02 PM To: MS-Exchange Admin Issues Subject: Export Outlook 2003 Mail Group, We are currently migrating from an outsourced Exchange environment to a hosted Exchange environment. Our division has roughly 300 mailboxes. The other divisions will probably follow the same migration path once it has been tested and works. Due to time lines and lack of access to the outsourced environment, we've come to an option of trying to automate the export of user's mailboxes to PST files. Does anyone know of a script that can be used possibly during logon that could automatically export the user's mailbox to a PST file? I would assume it would hook into Outlook 2003 on their system. I am not a coder so this type of script may be more complicated and above my pay grade :) Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
