Moving mailboxes from Exchange 2007 SP2 and higher to Exchange 2010 will support an "Online mailbox move" but from 2007 to 2007 is still an offline mailbox move scenario. For those migrations it is recommended for users to remain out of their mailbox during the move mailbox operation.
