You can use 
PFDAVAdmin<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=635BE792-D8AD-49E3-ADA4-E2422C0AB424>
 tool and use the Property editor to look at PR_MESSAGE_SIZE : 0x0E080003. This 
will tell you the size of the folder.
