I wouldn't make any guarantees about anything. :-P I'm aware that the biggest CHALLENGE in Exchange hosting, prior to the creation of hosting mode in Exchange 2010 sp1, was separation of address books. In fact, address book segregation is currently only supported in Exchange 2010 when you are in hosting mode.
