So... on the Exchange 2010 server, open an EMS: get-globaladdresslist | get-adpermission | ft -wrap -auto Is that user specifically in the list of ACLs shown? Regards, Michael B. That's interesting. When I check his Address Book Settings I see "Download Offline Address Book List". Everyone else has "\Global Address List". I don't have any other options to choose from on his or on mine. As we have the same issue on other workstations logged in as him, it must be a setting on the Exchange server itself? -----Original Message----- From: Michael B. It does not occur when he sends an email. -----Original Message----- From: Michael B. It seems to be happening when he is downloading the offline address book. This is the only user it's happening to and it happens when he is logged in to another workstation. His mailbox, and the majority of our other mailboxes, are still on our Exchange 2003 server (we're in the middle of a migration). The OAB is residing on the Exchange 2010 server. I looked at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/905813 and the Default Offline Address List is the only one showing. Plus, if that was the problem wouldn't everyone be seeing this?
