Sure.

Buy yourself a desktop class machine with dual-procs, x64 support and 16 GB 
RAM. Put Hyper-V on it instead and load up four VMs.

Put CAS/HT on two of them and put MB on the other two.

Build yourself a DAG and put the CAS/HT in HA/FT (WNLBS).

Destroy them and rebuild them. Many times.

Has anybody taken any Exchange 2010 training that they especially liked?  I 
know places like New Horizons offer a 5 day class, but I've seen some companies 
offering 7 full days of training (8:30am - 10:00pm).  Just curious what you 
gurus found most informative.
